后腹腔镜技术治疗135例泌尿外科疾病疗效分析

Efficacy analysis of retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery in 135 cases of urological diseases

目的：总结后腹腔镜手术治疗泌尿外科疾病的经验，以提高临床应用水平。方法：回顾分析2002年6月～2009年1月本科135例后腹腔镜手术病例资料，其中肾上腺手术32例，单纯肾囊肿去顶减压术68例，多囊肾去顶减压术3例，输尿管切开取石术16例，单纯肾切除术6例，根治性肾切除术4例，肾部分切除术3例，肾输尿管全切术3例。结果：130例完成手术，5例术中转开放式手术。手术时间30～310min，平均62min。术中出血量5～350mL，平均39mL。术后住院时间2～11d，平均6d。术后未发生严重并发症。结论：后腹腔镜手术治疗肾上腺、肾、输尿管疾病，具有创伤小、术后恢复快、并发症少等优点。

Objective： To facilitate the clinical application through summary on clinical experience with retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery. Methods： From July 2002 to January 2009, retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery were performed on 135 patients, including 32 cases of adrenal gland operations, 68 of unroofing of renal cysts, 3 of unroofing and depression of polycystic kidneys, 16 of ureterolithotomy, 6 cases of simple nephrectomy, 4 of radical ncphrectomy, 3 of partial nephrectomy, and 3 of nephroureterectomy. Results： 130 surgeries were successfully completed, with 5 converted open. The operation time ranged from 30 to 310 min, with a mean length of 62 min. Blood loss during operation ranged from 5 to 350ml, with a mean of 39ml. Postoperative hospital stay ranged from 2 to 11 days, with a mean of 6 days. There was no serious complication postoperatively. Conclusion： Retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery for adrenal gland, kidney, and ureter diseases may show merits such as minimal invasion, quick recovery and few complications.
