摘要
针对某型舰载设备天线罩暴露出的发泡不充分、油漆易脱落、强度不高导致易损等质量问题,研究改进新的天线罩设计方法,通过材料选择、电性能分析、强度校核和工艺设计等几方面的讨论,采用Solidedge建模,MSC.Patran和MSC.Nastran有限元分析,并结合工程实践的验证,证明改进设计的天线罩符合装备使用要求。
This paper proposes a new design method for improved antenna radome by considering the quality problems which are exhibited by antenna radome of electronics equipment on ship.Through material choosing,analyzing electrical performance,strength verification and manufacture process design,and using solidedge,MSC.Patran and MSC.Nastran and combining with project practice,we prove that improved antenna radome satisfies the demand of effective equipment operation.
