摘要
运用ANSYS软件在虚拟环境下对便携式可搬移箱进行了振动和冲击的仿真分析,得到了机箱各部位的应力和应变值,找到了机箱的薄弱部位。并对该部位的焊缝长度和焊缝强度进行了理论计算分析,同时对可搬移机箱的焊接工艺提出了合理的建议,最后通过振动和冲击试验验证了机箱焊接强度的可靠性。
This article analysed the vibration and impact of the portable bin by ANSYS software in virtual circumstances,gained the stress value and the strain value of every part of the portable bin to found out the unsubstantial part.Thus,the author calculated the length and the intensity of the weld in that part,came up with a more suitable welding technique,and proved the reliability of the portable bin by vibration and impact test.
