摘要
基于三种典型铆接结构形式为研究对象,先通过振动试验方法分别研究其固有频率和振型。再运用几种不同的仿真建模方法分别建立动力学分析模型,研究其动力学特性,并与试验结果进行比较分析,验证了各种方法的正确性和有效性。在此基础上,提出了复杂工程分析问题中存在大量铆接装配关系时的有限元建模方法。
Based on three kinds of typical riveted structures,firstly,we find their natural frequencies and vibration modes according to vibration test respectively.Then,dynamic models are built using different simulation modeling methods,and their dynamic performance is analyzed.Then we verify validity and precision of each modeling method through comparing test results with simulated results.Depending on the comparison results,some efficient methods for a lot of rivets are put forward for practical engineering.
