摘要
培训是我国专业体育教练员职业生涯发展过程中的一个重要组成部分。文章根据胜任特征理论,关注对于教练员工作最重要的能力,建立了一个基于胜任特征理论的教练员培训体系。基于胜任特征理论指出教练员的培训应该是分多个阶段进行,并且建立一个新的教练员培训体系,包括两部分的内部,行业基准能力培训内容和行业鉴别性能力培训内容。最后,对我国专业体育教练员的培训提出了一些建议。
Training is a important part of coaches' professional life.We should introduce advanced theory and attach any importance to the work,then to build a new coaches' training system.The paper suggest a new training system what is formed of surface competencies' training and central competencies' training based on the competence model of professional sports coaches in China,and the training processes should have some stages.Finally,the study proposed some suggestions to the training.
