Research on Land Use Disequilibrium in Jiangsu Province

研究目的:探讨1989—2006年期间江苏省土地利用的非均衡性,为国家宏观调控提供参考依据。研究方法:非均衡计量模型。研究结果:研究期内江苏省土地利用的非均衡度表明,建设用地是后期土地利用的主导方面,国家宏观政策对前期调控的效用要优于后期。研究结论:国家调控与地方落实相结合,以实现土地利用的相对均衡。

The purpose of this paper is to explore the disequilibrium of land use in Jiangsu Province from 1989 to 2006 so as to provide referential basis for current national macro-control policies. Method employed is disequilibrium econometric model. The results indicate that basing on the disequilibrium degree of land use in Jiangsu Province in the sample period, the dominant pattern of land use in later stage is construction, the controlling effects of national macro policies in the earlier stage is better than those in later stages. It is concluded that the national controlling measures should be combined with good local implementation in order to realize the relatively equilibrium of land-use pattern.
