Optimization of Paper Properties by Using Aspen APMP Pulp

摘要 借助于化机浆独特的性能,利用高游离度化机浆提供骨架,磨后的低游离度化机浆进行填充提供强度的特点,研究高游离度APMP浆与磨后低游离度杨木APMP浆的配抄特性,优化成纸的性能。结果表明:原浆游离度在475-525mL,磨后低游离度化机浆在250-350mL,添加比例为10%-15%时,高、低游离度化机浆混合配抄,可同时获得较高的松厚度和强度,改善纸张性能。在相同游离度情况下,混合后的浆料与单一浆料相比,成纸松厚度下降约5%,而抗张强度提高约20%,耐破度提高10%。 Based on the characteristic of high-freeness pulp providing a skeleton structure and low-freeness pulp providing strength by filling, APMP pulp mixed by high freeness and low freeness was studied to optimize the paper properties. The results showed that high-freeness pulp of 475 ~525mL, low-freeness pulp of 250 ~350mL and adding rate of 10% ~15% were the best conditions to get high bulk and strength. Compared to the single pulp at the same freeness, better properties of the mixed pulp were obtained by tensile strength increasing 20% and bursting strength 10% while bulk decreasing 5%.
