细菌纤维素对纸张印刷适性的影响 被引量:6

Influence of Filling Bacterial Cellulose on Paper Printability

摘要 将不同比例的细菌纤维素和麦草浆混合抄造试样。研究细菌纤维素对纸张白度、光泽度、平滑度、表面强度、油墨吸收性和表面效率等印刷适性指标的影响。结果表明:纸浆中添加3%的细菌纤维素,表面强度提高4.34%,光泽度提高36.89%,平滑度提高87.88%,表面效率提高4.37%,可以较好地改善纸张的印刷适性。 The paper sample was made from different proportion of wheat straw pulp and bacterial cellulose. The effects of the additive of bacterial cellulose on brightness, glossiness, smoothness, surface strength and printability of ink-absorbent, surface efficiency etc. were systematically studied. The results showed that adding 3% of bacterial cellulose to the wheat straw pulp, the surface strength, glossiness, smoothness, surface efficiency improved respectively by 4.34%, 36.89%, 87.88%, 4.37%, and it has positive effect on printability of paper sheets.
