Determination of Tannins in Rosa Rugosa Extracts

目的:建立玫瑰花提取物中鞣质的含量测定方法。方法:以没食子酸为对照品,采用磷钼钨酸-干酪素比色法测定。结果:在2.02～10.08μg·ml^(-1)范围内吸光度与鞣质含量呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 8),平均回收率为100.14%(RSD=0.69%)。结论:本方法简便、准确,可用于玫瑰花提取物鞣质的含量测定。

Objective： To establish the method to determine the tannins content in rosa rugosa extracts. Method： The phosphomo- lybdic acid-casein method was used with gallic acid as reference substance. Result： The linear range of tannins was 2. 02-10. 08 μg·ml^-1, and average recovery rate was 100. 14% ,RSD = 0. 69%. Conclusion： The method is reliable and can be used to determine the tannins in rosa rugosa extracts.
