Determination of Bifendate Polymorphism by Infrared Spectra

目的:建立联苯双酯晶型的测定方法,并对国内联苯双酯原料的晶型进行考察。方法:利用红外分光光度法测定联苯双酯的晶型,考察不同混合比例下样品红外图谱的差异。结果:国内不同生产企业生产的联苯双酯原料晶型不同,存在A晶型、B晶型和混合晶型。结论:该分析方法简便、快捷,可有效地控制联苯双酯的晶型。

Objective： To establish the methods for determination of bifendate polymorphism, and to determine the bifendate materials produced in China. Method ： Infrared Spectra was used for determination the bifendate polymorphism, and the difference of infrared spectroscopy form A containing different proportion form B was studied. Result： The crystalline forms of bifendate material made in Chi- na were differenet. There were form A, form B and compound form A and form B. Conclusion： Infrared Spectra method is simple, rapid and can be applied to the control of bifendate polymorphism.
