修复抑制剂咖啡因对韶关霉素产生菌的诱变效应

摘要 本文报告了修复抑制剂咖啡因提高紫外光(UV)对韶关霉素产生菌 B12—91的诱变效应。菌株 B12—91经二种距离的紫外光照射,均有一定的诱变效果,差异不大,用咖啡因与 UV对其复合处理,分别在距离30cm 处理45秒钟、距离45cm 处理2分钟,后者有明显的增效作用;以1000μg/ml 的咖啡因与距离45cm UV 复合处理2分钟,孢子死亡率比在同样条件下单 UV处理有所降低,产量正变率达49.1%,比单 UV 提高26.4%,最高变株产量为2462μg/ml,比对照菌株提高50%左右。按诱变效应评价公式 B=(6Ct^(-1))^(1/6)(1+(Cs)/8)^(1/2)对产量分布的各参数进行分析,进一步证实咖啡因能有效地提高 UV 远距离诱发的突变频率。 This paper reported that caffeine,a repair reprcssor,increased effect of ultraviolet light(UV) treatment on mutation of Shaoguangmycin-producing strain.The strain B12—91 was treated by UV at distances.Bothtreatments showed certain mutagenic effect and there was no significant difference between them.After the strain was trea- ted by caffeine combined with UV at 30 cm distance for 45 seconds and at 45cm distance for 2 minutes,reapectively,the later treatment showed obviously an increased mutag- enic effect.In the treatment of caffeine at dose of 1000μg/ml combined with UV at 45 cm distance for 2min,spore mortality was reduced as compared with single UV treat- ment under same condition.Positive variation rate of its yield was 49.1% being incre- ased by 26.4% as compared with that of single UV treatment.The highest yield of the mutant strains reached 2462μg/ml being increased by 50% as compared with that of co- ntrol strain.This further proved that caffeine could increase the mutation frequency induced by UV according to the parameters of yield distribution analyzed by the formula B=(?)(C_t^(-1))^(1/6)(1+(C_Z/8_))^(1/2)for evaluation of mutagenie effeet.
