Rational Use of Cardiovascular Drugs

结合近年来临床试验的结果和文献资料,探讨了心血管疾病在联合用药、不良反应以及合理用药方面应注意的问题。对心血管患者在用药时间和用药剂量等方面进行了讨论,尤其对女性及老年心血管系统疾病患者。介绍了在选择用药和药物剂量等方面需注意的问题,以期为提高临床合理用药水平,减少不良反应的发生提供参考。

According to the recent results of clinical trials and literatures,some problems were discussed in this paper,such as the co-administrasion of cardiovascular drugs,drug adverse reactions and the rational use of medicines.Meanwhile,we discussed the rational time and dosage that patients should pay attention to,especially for some special patients,like female patients and old age patients whose physiologic function has some difference with others.Some questions about how to choose the best cardiovascular drugs and dosage were discussed also.The aim is to improve the rationality of clinical medication and reduce the ADR risk.
