乙酰半胱氨酸薄膜衣片致气管痉挛1例 被引量：5

摘要 病例：患者,女,62岁,因＂咳嗽、咳痰伴喘息、头痛2天＂于2009年10月23日来我院就诊。胸片示：双肺炎症、肺纤维化。听诊：双肺呼吸音粗,双下肺可闻及湿啰音及爆裂音。血常规：白细胞19.22×109/L、中性粒细胞比例76.7%,以＂肺炎、肺纤维化＂收入院。
