高层住宅设计及岩土地基承载力分析

DESIGN OF TALL STORIED RESIDENCE AND ANALYSIS OF THE BEARING CAPACITY OF ROCKY SOIL

高层住宅设计矛盾较多，难度较大，对城市景观影响突出，提高高层住宅设计水平和设计质量十分重要，本文总结了西安公路交通大学高层住宅设计的个性和创意，同时对岩土地基承载力进行了分析。

There are a number of contradictions and difficulties in the design of tall storied residences,which influences the sight of a city considerably.Therefore,it is of importance to improve the design level and quality of such buildings.The design characteristics and innovation of the tall storied residences in Xi'an Highway University are summarized in this paper so as to open a new way for the design of this kind of buildings.Meanwhile,the bearing capacity of the rocky soil in the site is also analyzed.
