摘要
向植物的体细胞导入外源基因,从而使这些体细胞分化成的植株表达外源基因的某些信息,是当前高等植物遗传工程探索的重要内容之一。我们将马兰[Kalimeris indica(L.)Sch—Bip]的分生组织细胞作为受体细胞,将青菜(Brassica Chinensis L.)体细胞内的遗传物质(未纯化)作为外源多基因,通过适当的措施,使青菜的遗传物质导入上述马兰体细胞,然后,从这些转化细胞获得青菜-马兰杂交植物。对杂交植物进行组份 I 蛋白(又称 RuBP 羧化酶)的交叉免疫电泳,所得交叉免疫电冰图谱,具有俩亲本杂交组合的特征。同时,用扫描电子显微镜对青菜、马兰及青菜-马兰的叶片进行表面扫描观察,所得的表型特征亦具有杂种的特点,据此,我们认为,本文报道的青菜-马兰,确已杂交成功。
By using the dynamic transfer method for transferring plant exogenous genetic materials,genetic materials of Chinese cabbage (Brassica chinensis L.) have been transferred into meristematic cells (recipient cells) of acanthaceous indigo [Kali- meris indica (L.) Sch-Bip].Some hybrid plants have been obtained from the cells above mentioned.Thecross-immunoelectrophoretic patterns of RuBPcases of hybrid plants together with the observation on leaves of the hybrid plants and their parent plants by scanning electron microscope,have showed that the hybrid plants have both characte- ristics of their parent plants.
