常压宽间距辉光等离子体改性醋酸纤维

Surface Modification of Cellulose Acetate Fiber by Wide Spacing Atmospheric Pressure Glow Discharge Plasma

摘要 利用宽间距常压空气辉光等离子体对香烟滤嘴用的醋酸纤维束进行了表面处理研究。通过对醋酸纤维毛细效应的测试以及电子扫描显微镜的观察和分析,发现醋酸纤维经等离子体处理后,其毛细效应(简称毛效)有显著的提高,表面经等离子体刻蚀后出现明显的褶皱痕迹,该实验结果表明:醋酸纤维经等离子体处理后,其表面积增大,吸附性能增强。 Surface modification of the cellulose acetate fiber for cigarette filter was performed by wide spacing atmospheric pressure glow discharge plasma(APGDP) was studied.Capillary effect was tested and the morphological change along longitudinal section of the fiber was observed and analyzed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM).Experimental results indicate that surfaces of the treated samples become rougher and have significant traces of etching and the capillary effects are also greatly improved.These results indicated that the fiber's surface area becomes larger and its adsorbability is improved clearly.
