摘要 随着草产业和草地畜牧业集约化、规模化程度的迅速提高,牧草产品越来越多地受到人们的重视与青睐,草产品加工逐步由散状、粉状向块状、颗粒状方向发展。在对草颗粒的优点及其在农牧业生产中的作用进行总结的基础上,就牧草混合制粒技术对反刍家畜营养生理的调控机理进行分析并阐述最新技术在草颗粒加工中的应用与研究进展,提出了混合草颗粒加工利用中存在的问题及今后的研究方向。 With the fast improvement of intensive grassland livestock husbandry and the degree of the scale,forage products has been paid more and more attention by people.Grass product processing turn bulk and powder to the massive gradually.The advantages of forage particles and its role in the development of husbandry production were summarized.Especially the regulatory mechanism of ruminant animal nutrition by grass mixture granulation technology were analyzed and the application and research progress of the latest technology was introduced,and the existing problems and the future development trend of forage particles processing and utilization were pointed out.
