认知护理对早期乳腺癌患者心理状况的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨认知护理在早期乳腺癌治疗中的作用。方法采用抑郁、焦虑症状自评量表和简易应对方式问卷,评定并比较54例早期乳腺癌症患者进行认知护理前后的心理状况。结果实施认知护理后,患者的抑郁、焦虑程度明显下降,差异有统计学意义(p<0.01);患者的应对方式评分与护理前比较,积极应对增加,消极应对减少,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论实施认知护理对早期乳腺癌患者心理状况的改善有较好效果,值得推广。
