摘要
本文依据合肥市市区电视铁塔上所得风观测资料,分析了市区内近地层风的特性,指出:(1)虽然市区风幂指数α具有一些众所周知的规律,并且其平均值小于郊区的平均值,但是,其目振幅远大于郊区,从而造成市区夜间α平均值略高于郊区。但是,市区较大风速所对应的α日振幅并不如平均情况明显。(2)市区98米高逐时平均风速并不总是高于郊区10米高风速,在中午前后反而低于10米高风速。根据这些特性,讨论了城市高层建筑风资源的开发途径。
In this paper analysed are the characteristics of the surface layer wind in Hefei city in the light of wind data got from TV iron tower in the city. It is pointed that the wind power index α in the city area has some wellknown laws and the mean of α in the city isless than in the countryside. but the daily amplitude of α in the city is far more than in the countryside, so that the mean of nocturnal α in the city is a little more than in the countryside, on the contrary, and that the hourly mean wind speed on 98m level in the city is alwaysnot more and is, on the contrary, less than on lom level at noon in the countryside. Basedon above analyses the exploitation ways of the wind resources of urban tall building are discussed.
