摘要
本研究提出了利用液体菌种生料栽培香菇的技术和工艺路线。筛选的香菇菌株(E),经摇床振荡培养→2001种子罐→发酵罐发酵→生木屑(未经灭菌)培养料拌种压块→出菇,全程60—80天。合乎生料栽培液体种的最佳发酵终点为72—96小时,由于生料发菌时形成的料温比气温至少高5℃,因此发菌时温度控制在15—18℃,季节选择在11月至翌年1月;生料栽培的液体种用量略高于熟料(经高压灭菌的木屑培养料),栽培保持1:1(W/W)。与常规压块栽培相比,生产周期缩短近1/2,成本降低19%—27%,每平方米节省燃料4.5kg,平均产量为9kg/m^2不低于常规栽培水平。
This paper proposed a technique of cultivating Lentinus edodes on raw sawdust by means of liquid spawn, and its technological process of production.Screened strains (E) were shake-cultivated, transferred firstly to fermentors of 200 1(for inocula) then to fermentors of 2000 1 (for spawn) and were put into raw sawdust (unsterilized sawdust compost)for making into brick spawn, on which fruiting was finally accomplished. The whole process covered a period of 60—80 days. The optimum time required for the fermentation of liquid spawn was 72—96 hours. Because the substratum temperature during spawn-run period was 5℃ (or more) higher than ambient temperature, the ambient temperature was controlled at 15—18℃. And the culture season was fixed at a periode from Nov. to Feb. the next year. The ratio of liquid spawn to sawdust compost was kept at 1:1 (w/w). As compared with conventional brick cultivation, the cycle time was cut short by about 1/2, and cost by 19%—27%. 4.5kg coal was saved per square meter while the average yield was 9kg/m^2, which was no lower than conventional standard.
