制罐(糊状)甜玉米的采收期

PICKING TIME OF CANNING (CREAMY) ON SWEET CORN ( ZEA MAY L. )

1982年和1985—1987年,利用甜玉米综合种“1642”和单交组合“2005”、“2008”作材料,研究甜玉米采收期和籽粒干物重、含水量、可溶性糖、有效积温的关系。结果表明,有效积温和籽粒含水量呈显著负相关,相关系数r=-0.89—-0.99。有效积温又和采收期呈显著正相关,相关系数>0.9993。据此,可从适合制罐品种的籽粒含水量,推算出有效积温,进而确定合适的采收期。

The picking time of canning(creamy)sweet corn (Zeamays L.) was studied in 1982 and 1985—1987 by using materials including an open pollinated variety of '1642', two single crosses of '2005' and '2008'.Some relationship is noted that picking time is somehow associated with dry weight, water content, water soluble sugar, and the effective accumulated temperature (EAT).The correlation analysis indicates that the EAT is negatively correlated with moisture content of kernels, correlation coefficient r =-0.89 - 0.99. The EAT is positively correlated with harvest date-days after pollination (DAP), correlation coefficient r = 0.99.This study suggests that harvest time can be determined by the EAT. i.e. when the EAT is reached, comes harvest date.
