表油菜素内酯对烟草根外植体生长的影响

EFFECTS OF 24-EPIBRASSINOLIDE ON GROWTH OF TOBACCO ROOT EXPLANTS

本文报道了表油菜素内酯(Br)对烟草根外植体的影响。结果表明,Br能明显刺激根外植体的生长,并主要表现在侧根数加多及根的伸长。

Effects of 24-epibrassinolide (Br) used as anew plant hormone on tobacco root explants were studied. The following results were obtained: Br showed strong activity of stimulating the growth of root explants from tobacco seedlings at lower concentration as compared with other known plant hormones. Rootlet number of explants incubated on MS medium eontaining 0.01—0.05 ppm Br was apparently increased. Elongation of rootlet and fresh weight of root system were also increased substantially in response to Br-treatment. Based on these results, role of Brin regulating root growth of tobacco plants is discussed.
