CITYSTAR的矢量图形数据转换

ＧＩＳ软件Ｃｉｔｙｓｔａｒ，其１５以下版本的矢量数据结构为多层结构的矢量图形文件，而２０及以上版本为单层结构的矢量图形文件。单层结构的矢量图形文件数据量小，编辑处理和空间查询等操作速度快，便于专题图编制和专题信息系统制作，利于数据多用途使用。笔者设计了ＳＶＦ文件向单层结构的ｐｎｔ，ｌｉｎ，ｐｌｙ，ｖｅｃ文件转换并组构成ｃｌｙ文件的流程，以及实现的算法；设计了单层结构矢量图形文件，经向ＤＸＦ文件过渡，转换为多层结构ＳＶＦ文件的流程和实现算法。

GIS software tool Citystar, its vector data structure of ver 1 0 and 1 5 is a kind of multi-single layer structure vector file, but vector data structure of ver 2 0 and 2 5 is a kind of single layer structure vector file. Single layer structure vector files have a few data in its each layer, so the processing velocity is faster while editing and spatial querying; it is convenient for making special maps and special information systems, and convenient for using GIS data for versatile purposes. The writer designs the processing flow of SVF file changing to single layer structure vector file. And the processing steps, the writer also designs the processing flow and steps of single layer structure vector file to DXF file, then to single layer structure SVF file.
