摘要
硫酸工业废水排放对水环境的影响及其防治具有十分重要的意义.为评估大冶市拟建硫酸厂对湖泊水环境的影响,采用类比分析、湖泊自净模式计算等方法对拟建厂水洗和酸洗两种工艺流程下排放的废水及典型污染物As与F的排放量进行了估算,并着重就水洗流程废水对湖泊水环境的影响进行了预测,结果表明水洗流程对湖泊水环境的影响较大,并造成排放口附近的严重污染;建议采用酸洗流程。
In this paper, analogizing analysis and lacustrine auto_clean model calculation are employed to assess the amount of waste water and the corresponding typical pollutants such as As and F discharged during the water washing and acid washing processes for the production of sulfuric acid, and also to predict its impact on the lake water environment. The results demonstrate that pollutants produced under the water washing process would make a greater impact on the lake water environment, and cause a serious pollution near the end of drainage pipe. Therefore, the acid washing process should be adopted, the mineral grade should be improved, and other comprehensive processing measures should also be adopted in order to reduce the impact of waste water on the lake water environment.
