摘要
磁化钻井液在川东地区深探井——苟西2井的现场应用试验表明,钻井液经磁化处理后,性能得到明显改善,井壁稳定性增强,井径扩大率减小,钻井液维护处理周期延长。
Through laboratory analysis and exploration of the magnetizing conditions of drilling fluid magnetic field intensity, magnetizing time, and test temperature etc,the selection of rational magnetiing parameters was made to provide a basis for the indoor magnetization experiment on drilling fluids. The field application of magnetized well drilling to the deep exploratory well Well Gouxi 2 in Eastern Sichuan shows that the property of the magnetized drilling fluid has been distinctly improved, with the stability of well wall intensified, the extendible rate of well diameter reduced, and the maintaining cycle of the drilling fluid lengthened. Therefore, the application has achieved tangible technological and economic results.
