丝裂原活化蛋白激酶和疼痛 被引量:4

摘要 丝裂酶原活化蛋白激酶(MAPKs)是生物体内重要的信号转导系统之一,激活后通过转录和非转录水平调节诱导和维持不同持续性疼痛条件下的痛敏反应。特别是脊髓背角细胞外信号调节激酶(ERK)通过多种神经递质和不同第二信使途径激活,在中枢致敏中起关键性作用。在不同动物模型中,MAPK途径的特异抑制剂明显减弱伤害性刺激所致的痛觉过敏和痛觉异常,可见,MAPKs参与疼痛信息传导。随着研究的深入,MAPK可以作为神经元和胶质细胞中研究疼痛的靶标,有望对疼痛提供新的治疗途径。
