摘要
报道了植物样品经H_2SO_4+H_2O_2凯氏法消煮处理,试液分别用蒸馏法测氮,用ICP—AES法测定钠、钙、钾、镁、铁、磷、锶、钦、锰、锌、硼、铜、锂、钒、镍常量及痕量元素的分析方法。此法一次溶样,多元素测定,快速、简便、可靠。植物标样的分析结果与标准值的相对误差符合要求。
It is reported in this paper that a method for the determination of 16 elements in some plant samples is studied and proposed. The plant samples are digested in H_2SO_4+H_2O_2 by the kjeldahl method and solution obtained is used as mother solution for the analysis. The total nitrogen is determined by the distillation method and the other 15 elements (K、Na、Ca、Mg、Fe、Sr、Ti、Mn、Zn、B、Cu、Li、V and Ni) are determined by the ICP-AES method. The method is proved to be simple rapid and convenient to operate and reliable results were obtained.
