摘要
号码携带业务的业务受理流程号码携带业务顺利实施的关键之一,各国电信制机构在号码携带业务开放之前都会做出须明确的规定。本文是在对国外网间号码携带业务受理流程进行研究的基础上,探讨了我国网间号码携带业务受理流程的设计出发点和思路。
The transact process of number portability service between providers is one of the keys whether it is implemented smoothly.So the administrators of the telecommunications in the world will make it clear before opening the service.In this paper,we introduce the designing points and ideas of the transact process of number portability service between providers in China after studying other countries.
