摘要
用无乳聚合法制备了苯乙烯-甲基丙烯酸-β-羟丙酯-丙烯酸(St-HPMA-AA)三元共聚高分子微球。再进行硝化及还原反应制成了粒径均匀,稳定性好的三元共聚氨基苯乙烯微球。测定了其粒径分布和ζ-电位,讨论了高分子反应的条件与粒径分布等因素对微球性质的影响。利用重氮化反应将该微球与蛋白交联,结果表明该微球和蛋白的交联率大于60%。
The ternary copolymer microsphere
St HPMA AA was synthesized by means of emulsifier free emulsion polymer reaction. The
ternary copolymer ammoniacal microsphere was obtained using the reaction of nitration and
reduction. The effects of various parameters on reaction have been discussed. The size
distribution and ζ potential of the three microspheres were measured and the influence on
their properties was discussed. With the diazonium reaction, this microsphere was conjugated
with BSA proteins. The result showed that the rate of conjunction was higher than 60%. This
microsphere is expected to be a useful medical carrier in the future.
