老年高血压患者依从行为及其影响因素

Compliance and its influencing factors of elderly patients with essential hypertension

目的了解老年高血压患者依从行为及影响因素，为开展老年高血压患者依从行为健康教育提供依据。方法选择住院的186例老年高血压患者，运用家庭关怀度指数问卷和中文版高血压患者依从行为量表进行调查和访谈。结果老年高血压患者依从行为平均得分（34．04±7．41）分，影响老年高血压患者依从行为的因素分别是：家庭功能、症状种类、病程、居住方式、性别、家庭月人均收入。结论老年高血压患者依从行为处于中等水平，家庭和疾病是影响其依从行为的主要因素。

Objective To explore the eomplianee and its influencing faetors of elderly patients with essential hypertension, so as to provide evidence for health education for them. Methods A structured questionnaire and interview were randomly carried out by 186 elderly patients with essential hypertension. Results The average score of compliance was 34.04 ＋ 7.41. The influneing factors of the patients＇ compliance were family function,, symptoms of the illness, duration, living manner, gender and family income. Conclusions The eomplianee of elderly hypertension was at middle level, patients＇ family and illness were the main influneing factors.
