摘要
目的调查实习过程对护生职业情感的影响作用,分析其与职业成熟度的相互关系。方法选择2所护理学院本科毕业实习护生165名,采用自制实习护生职业情感影响因素问卷及护生职业成熟度量表进行调查。结果实习环境中各外部因素与护生职业成熟度存在相关性(P〈0.01);2所学校在毕业实习计划及护生职业成熟度方面差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01);患者态度是对护生影响最明显的外部因素。结论教育者要注重实习过程每个环节的设计与建设,使其围绕护生积极职业情感培养与完善;规范实习管理,能提高护生职业成熟度;重视护生心理调控能力培养,以增强护生抵御外部不良因素对职业成熟度的负面影响。
Objective To investigate the influencing factors of nursing students' professional affection and to analyze the relationship between nursing students' professional and maturity. Methods 165 nursing students in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) (75 in our university and 90 in another university) were selected. A self-made questionaire on the nursing students' professional affection during internship and Inventory of Nursing Students' Professional Maturity were used to investigate. Results (1)There was correlation between the external factors in the internship circumstances and the nursing students' familiarity with their work (P 〈0.05); (2)The internship arrangement and design of nursing students between the two schools had statistic significance (P 〈 0. 05 ), and the relationship between the internship arrangement and familiarity with work are the most obvious; (3)Patients' attitudes were the most effective factors on the nursing students. Conclusions Educators should concentrate on the design and establishment of every step in internship to make it aim at developing and perfecting nursing students' positive professional affection; they should arrange and manage the course of internship efficiently and normatively to help nursing students get familiar with their work; they should put emphasis on the training of nursing students' psychological controlling ability to improve their capability of resisting negative effects caused by external factors on nursing students familiarity of their work.
