摘要
目的了解医护人员使用洁芙柔消毒凝胶的消毒效果。方法随机两组医护人员分别用洁芙柔消毒凝胶干洗手法和肥皂流动水六步洗手法洗手,分别对两组医护人员手样进行细菌学检测,对比两种方法的消毒效果。结果洁芙柔消毒凝胶的使用可使手部细菌减少96.4%,洗手合格率93.0%,而肥皂洗手只能使手部细菌减少67.4%,洗手合格率仅为71.8%,差异有统计学意义。结论洁芙柔消毒凝胶能有效减少手部细菌,消毒效果可靠,而且方便快速,是一种较为理想的临床快速手消毒剂,具有临床推广价值。
OBJECTIVE To know the efficacy of a quick hand disinfectant the Jifro disinfectant gel.METHODS Two teams of doctors and nurses were chosen for quick hand disinfectant and six steps hand washing.Their hands was detected for bacteria.The disinfectant efficacy of were compared to compare two hand methods.RESULTS The disinfectant efficacy of Jifro disinfectant gel was better than six steps hand washing.CONCLUSIONS Jifro disinfectant gel can reduce bacteria on the hands effectively.It is an ideal quick hand disinfector to improve clinical effects and values.
