Factors for Nosocomial Infection:Management and Prevention Measures in Clinical Laboratory

目的预防检验科工作人员医源性感染事件的发生。方法建立健全的组织管理机构及完善制度,加强工作人员医院感染知识与自我防护;工作流程严格按操作规程进行,加强工作环境消毒监测,规范医疗废物的消毒与处理的管理。结果通过上述各项管理与预防,最大限度控制了检验科内的医源性感染,保障了工作人员的安全和身体健康。结论健全检验科各种规章制度,加强医源性感染的管理和预防,可以有效的预防检验科内医源性感染事件的发生。

OBJECTIVE To take precautions for clinical laboratory staff in case of the occurrence of nosocomial infection.METHODS Sound organization and management of institutions and improved system to enhance the staff knowledge about nosocomial infection and self-protection were established.The work process was carried out in strict accordance with procedures.It was necessary to strengthen disinfection monitoring in the working environment and standardize the management of disinfection and disposal of medical waste.RESULTS Through the above management and prevention meassurcs,the control of the nosocomial infection in the clinical laboratory was highly enhanced to protect the safety of staff and keep them in good health.CONCLUSIONS Improving the variety of clinical laboratory rules and regulations and strengthening the management and prevention of nosocomial infection can be effective in the prevention of nosocomial infection when happen the clinical laboratory incidents.
