Overall Quality Control Management of Medical Instruments by CSSD

目的探讨医院内重复使用的医疗器械采取集中式供应后的质量控制管理。方法对所有需要消毒或灭菌后重复使用的医疗器械物品由消毒供应中心集中回收清洗消毒灭菌和供应。结果促进消毒供应中心专业化发展,提高了工作效率及器械质量,保证了器械安全有效地供应,充分发挥有效资源的使用。结论器械全程质控管理,完善了管理方法,采用集中式供应方法,充分发挥供应中心的人、机、环境、料的作用,达到器械全程监控,有效控制了医院感染。

OBJECTIVE To discuss about the overall quality control of recycled medical instrument.METHODS We executed routines of recycled instruments seriously during our daily work,and made it under a strict overall quality control,of washing,classification,packaging,sterilization,distribution,inspection and so on.RESULTS We elevated efficiency,and improved the quality of instruments.Compared with 12 months before,using χ2 testing,we demonstrated that the efficacy had been significantly enhanced.CONCLUSIONS By overall quality control,we could ensure the safety of using recycled medical instruments.On the other hand,we may better control the hospital infection and improve medical care and nursing in some extent.
