临床护士及护生锐器伤调查分析

Reported Sharp Instrument Injuries among to Clinical Nurses and Nursing Students

目的了解临床护士及护生职业暴露锐器伤情况,以采取相应的防范对策。方法对2007年1-12月采用"医疗锐器伤登记表"上报的268名临床护士和护生锐器伤与同期有效问卷578份调查结果进行回顾性相关资料的分析。结果临床护士和护生利器伤现象非常普遍,利器伤发生率占调查人数的71.97%,而上报率占调查人数的46.37%。结论强化岗前培训、提高职业防护意识、规范操作行为、加强锐器伤的监控管理是减少临床护士、护生锐器伤害的重要措施。

OBJECTIVE To understand the sharp instrument injuries caused by occupational exposure among clinical nurses and nursing students and take appropriate preventive measures.METHODS According to the analysis of reported sharp instrument injury cases from 268 clinical nurses and nursing students recorded in registration form of medical sharp instrument injuries in 2007 and survey results of 578 received questionnaires,a retrospective investigation was conducted.RESULTS It was very common for clinical nurses and nursing students to suffer from sharp instrument injuries,the incidence of instrument injuries accounted for 71.97% and the reported injury rate accountsed for 46.37 % of investigated people.CONCLUSION To strengthen the pre-job training,enhance the awareness of occupational protection,regulate the operation and strengthen the monitoring and management of sharp instrument injuries are the important measures to reduce the sharp instrument injuries among clinical nurses and nursing students.
