应用莫西沙星抗结核治疗的安全性和耐受性观察

Safety and Tolerability of Moxifloxacin in Treatment of Tuberculosis

目的观察连续应用莫西沙星6个月抗结核治疗患者的耐受性和安全性。方法回顾性分析和总结医院2007年5月-2009年5月40例患者治疗方案中,包含莫西沙星抗结核治疗的耐受性、肝、肾功能及血常规的安全性资料。结果 36例患者在连续应用莫西沙星治疗6个月过程中耐受良好,无骨髓抑制及肝、肾功损害。结论长期应用莫西沙星具有良好的耐受性和安全性。

OBJECTIVE To observe the safety and tolerability of continuous application of moxifloxacin in the 6-month treatment of patients with tuberculosis.METHODS The safety data of 40 patients treated with anti-tuberculosis regimen containing moxifloxacin from May 2007 to May 2009 were retrospectively analyzed and summarized,the tolerability and safety of moxifloxacin on hepatic function,renal function and blood routine test were also observed in this study.RESULTS A total of 36 patients who were treated with continuous anti-tuberculosis regimen containing moxifloxacin were well tolerated during 6 months′ treatment.Bone marrow suppression and the damage of the hepatic function and renal function were not found in this study.CONCLUSION Long-term application of moxifloxacin has a good tolerability and safety.
