原发性肝癌患者生活质量调查

An observation on quality of life in patients with primary liver cancer

目的:对影响患者的生活质量的因素进行分析,用生活质量来综合评价治疗措施及其影响因素。方法:从2007年10月～2009年10月对在我科住院治疗或门诊治疗的原发性肝癌患者68例的生活质量进行评价及分析。结果:不同文化水平、经济条件、治疗措施、医疗费用支付方式的平均生活质量评分均有显著性差别。结论:文化水平越高、经济条件越好、治疗措施越充分及医疗费用支付越有保障、生活质量评分越高。

Objective：To observe and analyse the factors affecting the quality of life in the patients with primary liver cancer by using quality of life to evaluate the treatment measures and influencing factors comprehensively. Methods：From October 2007 to October 2009,68 inpatients and outpatients with primary liver cancer treated in our department were presented in our study. Results：With the difference of educational level,economic conditions,treatments and payment method of medical expenses,the average quality of life score were significantly different. Conclusion：The higher the educational level,the better economic conditions,more adequate treatment measures and more secure medical expenses to be paid,the higher the quality of life score.
