肝功能储备仪在肝移植患者中的应用预测

Application prediction of DDG in patients with liver transplantation

目的:评价肝功能储备仪在肝移植中的预测效果。方法:通过检测ICG血浆清除率、15分钟滞留率、心输出量、循环血容量、动脉血氧饱和度等指标以图像和数字形式显示出来。结果:实现了肝储备功能的快捷定量测定。结论:肝功能储备仪对肝移植患者的肝储备功能有重要作用。

Objective：To evaluate the application value of pulse Dye Densito-Graph Analyzer （DDG） in the patients with liver transplantation.Methods：To detect the plasma clearance rate of ICG,stagnation rate in 15 min,cardiac output,circulating blood volume and saturation of arterial blood oxygen and so on.The indexes were displayed by image and figure.Results：The instrument implemented the fast quantitative estimation of liver reservation function.Conclusion：DDG has important contribution on liver reservation function assessment of liver transplantation patient.
