海洋钻井平台桩腿齿条焊接应力分布及控制

摘要 针对海洋自升式平台桩腿采用大厚板高强钢结构,该结构的焊接易产生冷裂纹,其中焊接应力的预测和控制对减少裂纹的发生具有重要意义。通过采用MARC有限元分析,获得了半弧板与齿条焊接的应力场的分布,并研究了分段焊的顺序和人次对应力场的影响规律,通过采用2人和3人进行同时分段焊可减小应力,为实际生产提供指导作用。 As the large thick plate of high-strength steel, which is widely used in ocean self-elevating platform legs, so the prediction and control of welding stress is of great significance to reduce the occurrence of cold crack. In this paper,welding stress field in joint of semi-arc plate and rack was obtained by MARC Finite Element Analysis, and the influences of sequence and number of subsection welding on stress field were also studied. In conclusion, the stress can be reduced when the welding is carried out in two or three subsections by different welders at the same time,which provides guidance for practical operation.
