摘要 嵌入式脉动热管扩热板是航天器热控制等的重要候选方式,其传热性能与脉动热管本身的性能、基板的材料及尺度等密切相关。本文应用求解导热反问题的方法,研究了二者对扩热板传热性能的影响,确定了所嵌入脉动热管的当量导热系数界限及影响的定量关系。脉动热管对扩热板传热性能的影响比较大,当脉动热管的当量导热系数超过3000 W/(m·℃)时,基板材料对扩热板的传热性能几乎没有影响,因此可以选择加工及耦合友好的材料. The heat spreader of embedded pulsating heat pipe(EPHP) is an important candidate for thermal control of spacecraft.Its heat transfer performance depends on the EPHP,the material and size of the base plate etc..By the method of inverse conduction problem,the two factors to the thermal performance of spreader are studied.The limit of equivalent thermal conductivity of the EPHP,and the quantified relations are determined.The EPHP has essential effects on the heat spreader.If the equivalent thermal conductivity is larger than 3000 W/(m·℃),the material of the base plate has little influences on the heat spreader,then the fabrication-friendly and couple-friendly material could be chosen.
