摘要
针对PM型燃烧器,运用RNGk-ε和MIXTURE模型,采用PISO压力-速度耦合和PRESTO!压力离散格式模拟了PM型燃烧器的浓淡分离比、进出口压降,提出浓淡分离性能参数K,以K值的大小作为结构优化的依据。结果表明,该PM型燃烧器能实现"超浓"、"浓"和"淡"三股粉流,NO.7结构的浓淡分离性能较好。
For PM burner,the paper put to use RNGκ-εand MIXTURE model,adopt PISO pressure-speed coupling as well as PRESTO!,the simulated pressures discretization,draw thick-thin separation ratio,pressure drop of the import and export,put up with the performance parameter K, separating the size of K value as the structural optimization basis.It shows that the PM type burner can realize the three"super strong","strong"and"light"powder,the shade separation performance of the NO.7 structure is very better.
