摘要
研究了用碳酸氢铵转型制备氟化镝的工艺过程,并考察了氢氟酸用量、反应温度、稀土浓度、洗涤次数和添加大分子助沉剂等因素对稀土收率和沉淀速率的影响。用X射线衍射、X射线荧光光谱分析、差热-热重及透射电镜等分析方法对产品进行了组成、形貌和粒径分析,获得了理想的结果。
The technological process of dysprosium fluoride prepared by the method of ammonium bicarbonate conversion has been studied.The paper also discussed the effect of the concentration of fluorhydric acid and rare earth concentration,washing frequency,and macromolecular precipitating aid agent on recovery ratio of rare earth and precipitation rate.The composition,appearance and grain size of dysprosium fluoride product have been characterized by XRD,TG,DTA,TEM and X-ray fluorescence analysis.The results show that the DyF 3 product have satisfactory quality.
