摘要 炼铁厂4座450m3高炉建成投产后,主卷扬控制系统故障频发,主卷扬系统成了限制高炉正常生产的关键环节。经过研究,逐步对控制系统进行了改造,经过实践证明改进措施到位,有效解决了主卷扬控制系统问题。 After four 450m furnaces in iron plant are put into operation, the main winding control system faults occour frequently, the main winding system became the key link to limit the normal production of the blast. Through carefully analysis and study, the control system is improved gradually. It is proved that the measures are in place and can effectively solve the problems of the main winding control system.
