论中央能源企业的产融结合之路

Roadmap for Integration of Industry and Financing in Energy Enterprises Directly under the SASACSC

当前,很多大型中央能源企业已经广泛投资于金融产业,社会各界对此存在不同看法,有的赞成,有的反对。通过对我国中央能源企业发展金融产业的政策环境分析,归纳了主要中央能源企业开展金融产业的有关情况,结合现代企业产融结合的实践,提出了中央能源企业产融结合的思路和相关建议。

At present, quite a number of large-sized energy enterprises directly under the SASACSC （State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council） have invested widely in the financial sector, and their wide presence in this sector gives rise to serious pros and cons from all social sections. This study looks closely into the policy environment for these enterprises to develop into the financial sector, and summarizes the related financial operations undertaken by these enterprises. Based on the successful practice and experiences of integration of industry and financing in modem enterprises, the paper proposes some useful methodologies and concrete suggestions on how to integrate the main industry and financing operations.
