摘要
根据甘油三酯在脂肪酶作用下水解和压电传感器(PQCS)能够响应溶液电导率的性质,建立了酶催化压电-电导频移法测定血清中甘油三酯的新方法。甘油三酯的浓度在7.4×10-7~4.9×10-3mol/L范围内与传感器的频移值具有线性关系,线性回归方程ΔF=-44.3-1320c(mmol/L),相关系数r=0.9989。用此法测定了人血清中的甘油三酯,样品平均加标回收率为99.1%,相对标准偏差(RSD)<4.9%。
According to hydrolysis of triglycerides with lipase enzymes and the response properties of
piezoelectric quartz crystal sensors(PQCS) to the solution conductivity,a new method has been
developed for the determination of triglycerides in serum .The frequency shift response is
derived to show a linear dependence in the concentration range of 7.4×10 -7 ~4 9×10 -3
mol/L for triglycerides.The regression equation of calibration graph is ΔF =-44.3-1320 c
(mmol/L),with a correlation coefficient of 0.9989.The proposed method has been applied to the
determination of triglycerides in serum .The average recovery of samples is 99.1% and the
relative standard deviation is less than 4.9%( n =4).
