Research on Construction Project Organization Based on SNA

结合建设项目组织的社会性特征,分析了社会网络分析方法(SNA)应用于建设项目组织管理研究的主要优势及主要应用领域。借助SNA构建了建设项目组织的社会网络模型,运用UCINET 6.0软件对模型进行了定量分析。研究展示了SNA在建设项目组织管理领域的主要应用方式,并表明了应用SNA进行相关研究的可行性。

Based on the sociality characteristics of construction project organizations,this paper firstly analyses the advantages and main domains of applying social network analysis（SNA）to the research on the construction project organizations.A qualitative social network model for construction project organization is established,and then this model is quantitatively analyzed with the help of UCINET 6.0.This paper represents the main process of applying SNA to the research on the construction project organizations,and demonstrates the feasibility of the application of SNA.
