Research on Basic Problems of Soft Information in Project Decision-making

摘要 在对工程项目立项决策、评标决策以及施工决策中软信息重要性调查研究之后,用三维模型来界定工程管理特定理论体系下软信息的定义。随后讨论了工程项目决策中软信息的获取途径以及对工程项目决策的影响模型等基本问题。最后根据软信息本身的特点总结出软信息的基本规律,以便工程项目决策人员能够更好地把握和利用。 After investigation and studying on the importance of soft information in decision-making in the process-es of project proposal and confirmation,tender evaluation and construction of project,the paper uses three-dimen-sional model to define the definition of soft information of project management,and then discusses how to obtain soft information and the impact of decision-making models and other fundamental problems.Finally,the basic law of soft information is summed up according to the characteristics of soft information,so that the project makers can make better grasp and use of soft information on construction project.
