摘要
争端裁决委员会(DAB)是FIDIC中的一种争端解决机制,我国推广这种机制需要具备一定的外部条件。从国家和社会两个角度来论述应该如何适应DAB。
Dispute Adjudication Board（DAB）is a kind of system to deal with the dispute.We should build a certain circumstance in our country before popularizing it.This paper discusses how to adapt DAB from the sides of nation and society.
