摘要
既有居住建筑节能改造虽然具有巨大市场前景和利润潜力,但由于融资渠道狭窄,并没有形成规模,许多市场化融资模式没有发挥较大作用。通过分析节能改造的相关利益主体及相互关系,指出导致目前既有居住建筑节能改造融资障碍的原因并提出完善融资机制的建议。
Although the existing residential building energy saving retrofit has huge market prospects and profit potential,it does not form scale because limited financing channels and many market-based financing models do not play a role.Through analysis of relevant stakeholders existing residential building retrofit in northern heating area and their interrelationships,the paper points out the reasons which cause the financing obstacles of existing residential building energy saving retrofit and gives advices to perfect financing mechanism.
