施工企业知识创新网络影响因素研究

Research on Influencing Factors of Knowledge Innovation Networks for Construction Enterprises

将知识创新网络理念引入建筑行业,提出了施工企业知识创新网络的构架模型。并在对30个施工企业调查问卷分析的基础上,运用相关分析方法,研究了施工企业知识创新网络的影响因素,并确定了各要素的重要程度,以期对施工企业加强知识管理提供一定的借鉴。

This paper introduces the concept of knowledge innovation network to construction industry and proposes the model of innovation network of construction enterprise.And based on the analysis of 30 construction companies in the survey,it analyzes the innovation network influencing factors using correlation analysis,and identifies the ele-ments＇ importance.The conclusion of the study has some reference to enhance knowledge management for construc-tion enterprises.
